Your information
Privacy, by design.
This notice explains how this website handles information when you browse, complete the readiness diagnostic or prepare a briefing enquiry.
Browsing this website
The website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party embedded content. Its fonts, images, styles and scripts are served from the website itself. Your hosting or network provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver the site and maintain security.
Cookies and browser storage
The website's own code does not set cookies or use local storage or session storage. A cookie consent banner is therefore not needed for the functionality included here. External services you choose to visit may use cookies under their own policies.
Readiness diagnostic
Your individual answers are processed in the current browser page. They are not submitted to OceanMerge, saved by the website or used to identify you. Restarting the diagnostic resets your answers.
If you choose “Discuss your next steps”, a broad result category is added to the contact page URL to prefill a suggested message. Individual answers are not included. That category may appear in browser history or standard hosting logs. You can edit or remove the suggested message before preparing an enquiry.
Briefing enquiries
The briefing form prepares an email locally. Preparing a request does not send your details to OceanMerge. Choosing “Open email draft” passes the draft to your email application, where you must review and send it yourself. Choosing “Copy enquiry” copies the draft to your device clipboard.
The draft contains the name, business email, company, objective, target market and message you enter. Your email provider handles a draft or sent message according to its own terms and privacy practices. Once you send an enquiry, OceanMerge can use the information you provide to respond and discuss a potential engagement.
Do not include identity documents, account credentials, confidential deal materials or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. Any subsequent exchange of sensitive materials should use a separately agreed process.
External websites
Links to LinkedIn, OceanHubb, OceanBlocks and other external destinations take you outside this website. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their respective operators.
Questions about your information
For questions about information you have sent to OceanMerge, or to request a correction or deletion, contact contact@oceanmerge.com. Requirements relating to an active engagement or legal record-keeping may need to be considered when responding to a request.
Advisory scope and website information
Website content and diagnostic results are general strategic information, not individual legal, tax, financial, migration or investment advice. Jurisdiction requirements change and depend on your circumstances. Qualified independent specialists should be consulted before acting.
Using this website or sending an enquiry does not establish an advisory engagement. Services, responsibilities, confidentiality arrangements and fees must be agreed separately. No capital access, investment return, transaction completion, licence or market-entry outcome is guaranteed.
